Once you log into My Account, you will click on the icon labeled "Saved Contact Information" on the left side of the dashboard.
When you update your email address, your log in will also be updated.
If you no longer have access to the old email or have forgotten what it was, please email your complete contact information and any titles that you are attempting to access for verification - https://support.duplication.cdbaby.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=108517 - and we'll be happy to assist you.
** Please note that we cannot assist you with logging into your Artist account. This would only be for your manufacturing account.
