(Please don't email the corrections to us. That will only delay your project!) This will get your feedback DIRECTLY back to the artist or engineer working on your order!
We know how important your project is, and that you’re working with a schedule, but we noticed an issue with your order, and wanted to bring it to your attention.
Your project is on HOLD for the following reasons: (This is where we will tell you what we found and how to fix it)
Go to https://duplication.cdbaby.com/MyAccount/login.aspx#/accounts , login with your email address and password. Find the "On Hold" project from your list of "Projects and Orders", click on the "Complete Project" button and this will open the components of your project that have been placed on hold.
Once there, click on the "Resolve Artwork" and / or "Resolve Content" button to make the necessary changes or authorize us to proceed as is.
Once you click the “Resubmit” button, your order will be put back into production.
