The Luminate SoundScan registration form is giving me an error message (“at least one code must be entered,” “invalid e-mail address,” “invalid phone number,” etc.)

Confirm you have completed all of the required fields (* indicates a required field). If you are completing the registration process using Internet Explorer, we recommend adding “luminatedata.com” to your Compatibility View Settings, or completing the registration process using a different browser (for example – Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari).
