I downloaded the templates but I can't access them – why?

All of our templates are compressed in a .ZIP format which are compatible with both PC and Mac OSX. On a PC, you will need to unzip the files, which is generally a pre-installed function. Right click on the .ZIP and select 'Extract all' On a Mac, simply double-click the ZIP file.

*Note: Templates are designed to be used with Adobe Graphic Design Software. You may be able to view/use the PDF template if you do not have a design program installed on your computer to view the other types of templates.
