My songs are recorded in Garage Band. How should I export the mix down for sending to you for Mastering?

When supplying content for mastering services, the mixes should be exported as either stereo interleaved WAV or AIFF files. We want the mixed down files, not each part sent to us as an individual file.

For a mastering order the files should be kept at the same bit-depth and sample rate as the project.
