Our system views a reorder as "additional copies of past project". Changes you will be able to make are for quantity, production time and/or delivery address along with uploading new artwork OR new content.
Log into My Account and click on the Reorder link to the right of the project.
On the left side of the page, you will be asked if you need to make any changes.
Select the options that apply to your order. You'll only be offered this option once (at this time) and will not be able to go back and make changes to these options.
A selection in one of these fields will open up an upload page for you to supply new art OR content on the following pages.
You won't be able to make changes to existing artwork and you cannot open just part of your artwork. You would need to upload all components.
Uploading new audio tracks will require you to complete a new IPR form as well.
**Note: If you need both new artwork and new content, this is no longer a reorder. This would be considered a new project and you would begin by creating and saving a new quote.
