Why is it taking so long to upload my art?

Are you uploading finished pdf's?

**NOTE:  Completed PDFs means that the images were created in a design software, using our templates, and then exported as a PDF for uploading.

If you are uploading a different type of file, such as a jpeg, you'll want to change your submission method to Design Online.

When viewing the upload page, scroll to the left and click on Submission method to edit that option.

Larger files may need to be "flattened" to reduce the file size. Larger files will sometimes take longer to upload. While we prefer unflattened files, you can flatten them for ease in uploading, as needed.
