I don't see what I want in the pricing tool.

Some of the package options are shown when you change the little slide bar on the top, right side of the pricing tool from Popular to Show All.

Specialty items (such as multi disc sets, for example) would be handled by Disc Makers at www.discmakers.com or https://www.discmakers.com/quoter/default.aspx.
