I entered my UPC number and got an error that says the code is invalid. What do I do?

Our site is set up to verify 12 digit UPC codes (US based codes). If you have a 13 digit code, you'll want to change your quote to NO UPC code and embed your UPC and code into your artwork.

If you've acquired a UPC code from another company, you may need to verify that the code has been assigned to you or that you've paid for the code with them before proceeding.
