I'm getting a ByteString error when I try to upload my artwork. What do I do?

TypeError: Cannot convert string to ByteString because the character at index 14 has value 8211 which is greater than 255.

The naming convention of the PDf includes a special character (ususally a -)

Rename the file without any special characters and upload
