"Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates"

The Master Uploader Application communicates with our server to verify the credentials being entered (QT number and CT number). I t's possible some security software, firewall is blocking that.

Check your security settings or with your company's IT team to determine if your firewall is preventing you from verifying.

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of our master uploader software to see if that resolves this issue.
