How do I approve or reject my proofs?

The quickest way to get your project moving forward is to approve or reject the proofs through the website. This will get your feedback DIRECTLY back to the artist or engineer working on your order!

1. Log into My Account
   
   http://duplication.cdbaby.com/myaccount
   click the icon (to the right of the project in production) labeled "approve/reject proofs"
   
   
2. If you accept the proofs click the correct radio button and then submit
   
   
3. If you reject the proofs, click the correct radio button and then add your comments/notes to the body of the rejection form and then click SUBMIT  -  You'll be able to attach new images or files here as well. Please do not email them to us.

Following these instructions will help to expedite your order. We cannot accept proof approvals or rejections over the phone.
